Terms of Service

By booking a service with Night Shift Authority, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & deposits

A non-refundable deposit reserves your time window. Remaining balance is due at completion of service. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled window may reschedule the deposit toward a future booking. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Scope of work

Quoted price reflects the scope described at booking. Significant differences on arrival (additional rooms, biohazards, structural damage) may require an updated quote before work proceeds.

Property access & liability

You confirm you have the right to authorize service at the property. We carry standard service liability insurance; pre-existing damage and items of unusual value should be disclosed in advance.

Membership

Priority memberships renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
